Good location - near shopping districts and conveniently located for tour pick-ups I.e the last to be picked up for a day tour and the first to be sent to the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with an excellent relation quality/price.The owner is such a great person -she is very reliable and charm.TR Residence is very close to Chiang Mai city center(10 mins walking to the night market),but at the same time it offers silence and nature.Very recommended.

The mattresses are too hard for Western backs..that's the only mistake of this superb hotel.

TR Residence was set in some very pretty grounds. The room was spotlessly clean - I mean it seriously couldn't be faulted in terms of cleanliness! The lady who owns the hotel greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit out of town but was within walking distance or a super cheap 50 bht tuk tuk ride away. The room was very nice with everything we needed. The bathroom was a good size and there was a lovely shower. We would happily stay here again!

A great place to stay! The wonderful owner treats everyone as his own family member. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, friendly, helpful - not enough words to describe! I recommend for everyone: solo travelers, couples and families. YOU WILL LOVE THE PLACE!!!

Very friendly, helpful owners clearly invest all of their time in running an extremely well-maintained operation. Handmade furniture in a clean and comfortable space, a wonderful and spacious shower, and a quiet location that, while outside of the old city, is walking distance to most sites.
